About PAL
Purposeful Active Living is a registered charity, established in June 2024, to specifically grow the work across the West Midlands region previously delivered by PAL Fitness & Education CIC.
The charity is a driving force, managed by an independent board of trustees which has enabled our programme in the West Midlands to be sustained, enhanced and expanded, developing the work which has previously been delivered in the area. Led by Paul Lewin, the charity works in a variety of areas across the west midlands, to help our beneficiaries maintain or grow their independence, improve their health and ultimately live healthier and happier lives, while also reducing the strain on the NHS and the adult social care system.
